Morna Tudor was born in Kitimat; B.C in 1957 but grew up mostly in North Vancouver. She moved to Toronto in 1983 in order to study glass at Sheridan College. Three years later she graduated with high honours and two awards and immediately began her career as a professional glass artist. In 1989 she ( with husband Gary Bolt ) returned to Vancouver with a growing list of awards, grants and major exhibitions to her credit. An active member of the arts community Morna is also committed to continuing her education and has recently studied at Pilchuck and the Atlin Art Centre. Today Morna is known for her critically acclaimed work with Paradise Paint. Her work is sought after for its artistic flair and superb craftsmanship and is collected and exhibited worldwide. A founding member of the glass collective V6, Morna Tudor was co-owner and founder of Starfish Glassworks in Victoria.
